Yes. You can cancel your order and receive a refund before we ship it.
However, once we process and dispatch your order, we cannot cancel it or issue a refund. Therefore, we recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Can I return a product after it has been shipped?
No. We do not accept returns after shipment.
Because we pack and prepare every order carefully, all sales become final once the package leaves our facility.
Why don’t you accept returns after shipping?
We sell natural seashell products that we pack according to customer orders. As a result, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after dispatch.

Natural seashells have unique characteristics. Therefore, the product you receive may vary slightly from the images displayed on our website.
Although we strive to present accurate product photos, natural variations remain part of the authentic beauty of genuine seashells.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier as soon as possible.
Additionally, take clear photographs of the damaged package and keep all packaging materials for inspection. These steps can help support any shipping claim.
Will Seashells From India assist with damaged shipments?
Yes. We will gladly assist you whenever possible.
However, shipping carriers handle most damage claims during transit. Therefore, you may need to submit your claim directly to the carrier according to their policies.
What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information during checkout.
If you enter incorrect or incomplete information, your order may experience delays or delivery issues. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for orders affected by customer-provided shipping errors.
Can I cancel a bulk or wholesale order?
